- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The people may be nice, but nothing ever works. There is always a malfunction with their website to log onto your account information and they offer absolutely no support during their off hours (even Chase has a way to get a hold of them during off hours). It's a pain to find the phone number for a specific bank, and after 2 rings it directs you to the 1800 number where you're on hold for at least 10 minutes. I feel sorry for the people who go through this in times of emergency where they need to get a hold of someone at the bank ASAP.By Catherine Peed, August 17, 2017
